A retirement home in Alhambra California reported that none of their hallway units were cooling, and there was a water leak on floor #. Upon arrival our technician found HP#4 in the boiler room with a frozen evaporator. Unit was low on refrigerant, and will need schraeder valves replaced. Additional troubleshooting found HP6b with leak valves and a bad capacitor, HP4b low on refrigerant, HP5b with a bad blower and lockout relay, HP2b low on refrigerant, and HP3b with a clogged condensate line. Quoting all necessary repairs to customer ASAP.
