Dispatched our AC technician to a clothing store in Arcadia, California, to investigate units #1 and #2 not operating. Found both units not communicating with the controller. Main box on unit #1 was open and had been exposed to recent rain. Removed and rewired the connections, troubleshooted with Transformative Wave and confirmed units were communicating again. Cycled on and off several times to confirm no startup issues.
