Responded to a no heating call in Beverly Hills, California, site reporting that their thermostat was set high but space still too cold. Our A/C technician found that the t-stat was not reading the correct temperature, causing the unit to run when not needed. Replaced the faulty thermostat and tested the system. Space back down to acceptable temperatures per onsite staff, no more issues to report.
Dispatched our Beverly Hills CA air conditioning technician to a commercial property for Spring Maintenance. Arrived onsite and discovered the unit was disconnected and the roof currently being worked on in preparation for replacement. Spoke with manager on duty, will work with site and schedule for PM as soon as unit is available again.

Dispatched our Beverly Hills CA air conditioning tech to inspect a commercial AC unit at an office building. The technician found that the heat had stopped working due to an overheating inducer motor. The run capacitor was failing. He was able to source the part from a local part house and return, replacing the capacitor and cycling the unit back on. Heating operational again, amperage good and no more issues at this time.
Our Beverly Hills AC technician returned to completed approved repairs on a commercial Carrier unit. The tech repaired a damaged drain line, running approximately 45 feet of PVC, and replaced a failed condenser fan motor and blade. Tested line drainage and cycled unit. Site operational again and unit cooling.

After defrosting the system, discovered the unit low on refrigerant with a small leak on the core valve. Replaced caps, pressures holding. Recharged unit with refrigerant. Also noted that the condenser fan motor is over-amping. Will recommend fan motor replacement to customer. Unit working at this time.
