A health center in Brea CA reported that their main lobby air conditioner was not functioning. Our commercial technician checked in with the employees and proceeded to the roof. Found RTU #2 with a blow fuse for the 24V on the circuit board. Traced issue back to incorrect wiring on the transformer, voltage was hooked up wrong. Resolved and tested unit. System runs in both cooling and heating again, no more issues to report.
Refrigeration technician responded to a request for emergency service to inspect and repair a True freezer which was running too warm at the Imperial East Shopping Center. Found freezer slightly low of refrigerant but found no leaks. Recharged system, inspected all controls, doors, and gaskets. Unit running nominally now.
