Urgent request received at an office building in Burbank California. Site reported that their server room air conditioner had failed. Sent our local technician to investigate. Found the RUUD unit iced up at the evaporator. De-iced coil manually and check refrigerant charge. Unit low on refrigerant causing the ice. Unit has had multiple leaks in the past and is in poor condition. Recommending customer to replace, made repairs and recharged for temporary function.

Summer air conditioning maintenance scheduled for our customer in Los Angeles County. All units were inspected and air filters swapped and dated. Found RUUD unit #3 with pitted contactors that will need to be quoted. Will also recommend coil cleaning on all units.

A commercial customer in Burbank CA requested service for their drain-line inspected, as they'd found a hole in it. Our technician inspected the ICP system and found it working normally with no holes. Discovered that the site was concerned about overflow opening, that was not leaking at this time.

A travel company in Burbank, California, requested AC service on their commercial air conditioners. The technician traced the problem to an ICP unit in the middle office that was low on refrigerant. Found access valves loose, tightened valves and recharged system. Performed leak search for any other leak sources, none found. Cycled and tested system. Site comfortable again.

On-call service technician arrived at a retail clothing outlet to for the store being too warm. Technician found the units operating normally, all running. Tech did note that the sensors in the ladies department may need to be moved for better readings. Store is also on normal scheduling for their EMS, and employees were coming in the store earlier for holiday hours. Will have EMS update hours if possible for earlier cooling.
