Burbank, CA, a/c tech responded to a ER request video production studio. Server room air conditioner had gone down. After troubleshooting the RUUD unit, technician found the system was low on refrigerant. Unit has a bad evaporator coil as well, but customer has already been quoted replacement. Technician provided temporary repairs by adding refrigerant. Customer will need to consider quotes already sent to permanently resolve the problem.
