Dispatched our Burbank, California, a/c tech to perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC units at a digital printing office. Replaced filters, inspected all electrical, motors and coils. Noted deficiencies while testing heating and cooling. York #26 had blown fuses and dirty coils, also broken fan blades. The #7 Carrier package unit was low on refrigerant. It and #14 have pitted contactors. Will quote for all needed repairs, only units #26 and #14 down.
