An ice cream shop in Carlsbad CA reported that their main lobby AC was leaking water. Pun arrival, our technician examined Carrier package unit and found it badly rusted due to exposure over time to salt air. Bottom of the unit is rusted out, and the compressor has rotted out. Will need to thoroughly wash out the pan of dirt and rust, vacuum out all water to confirm if pan is in repairable shape.
