A pet hotel in LA County reported that the humidity in their lobby area felt high today. Our A/C technician arrived and inspected the York lobby unit. Found the return grill badly clogged and the unit's coils dirty as well. On the roof, our tech found #2 had a grounded compressor. Compressor and drier will need to be replaced, coils and return grills cleaned. To provide more airflow, we also recommend adding an extra return grill for this unit. Will quote all necessary work and provide options to the customer.
Our Carson, CA a/c tech returned to a pet hotel to resolve electrical issues onsite. Repaired wiring and ran thermostat wiring for temporary thermostats. Programmed thermostats and checked operation. All panels secured. Tech also adjusted settings on the thermostat to auto, so units will control heating and cooling automatically. All units are running at this time.
