A clothing retailer in Cerritos California reported that their thermostat won't turn on or off. Our A/C technician found the main controller was not communicating for their EMS system. Troubleshooted and spoke with EMS tech support, who recommended pulling a new cat 5 wire to plug into the server and confirm if controller is faulty, as it is older. Ordering new wiring and will return.

Dispatched our LA County refrigeration technician to a customer reporting that their commercial freezer was making a high pitched noise. Upon arrival, our technician found the unit running at correct temperatures with no noise. Performed a full diagnostic and called in to tech support. Support mentioned a common harmonic noise that has been reported with the system. To resolve our tech wrapped the compressor discharge line to reduce vibration. No other issues to report, unit is working well.
