Dispatched our refrigeration technician to a Butte County store reporting issues with one of their reach-in coolers. Upon inspection, our tech found that the temperature sensor for that unit was failing, causing temperatures to be read incorrectly and unit to alarm. Ordered a new part and returned to install. Unit working well and no more issues to report at this time.
Arrived onsite in Chico for a potential warranty call on a reach-in cooler that had gone down. Our technician inspected the system and determined that the temperature controller was not cycling off correctly. A new controller was ordered and installed. Confirmed all fans are cycling now, temperatures at correct levels. Job is complete.
Returned to a commercial customer in Chico CA for a leak search and repair on a Lennox air conditioner. Found the bottom of the evaporator coil frozen. After thawing out the coil and performing the leak search, the technician was able to locate the leak in the u-bend of the evaporator coil. He repaired the leak and replaced the filter drier. Vacuumed and nitrogen tested to confirm no further leaks. Recharged with R22 refrigerant, system now cooling with a 23 degree temperature split. Job complete.
Quoted HVAC repairs were scheduled for a rental store in Chico California. Upon arrival, our technician installed a new fuse holder, along with new fuses. After confirming the electrical was functional again, he repaired a cut drain line and tested the drainage to ensure no more issues arose. Job complete.
