Corporate office headquarters for a shoe company in Costa Mesa was scheduled for a HVAC survey to discuss a closed return system. Met with the customer, surveying the room and checking for outside air infiltration (none found). Did find plugged filter medium that he was able to replace. System otherwise OK, recommended no major changes to current design as that would increase the static pressure. Found minor issue with secondary drain pain, will quote to correct flow separate from this survey.
