Response from RESSAC Climate Control:
Hi Leo, we appreciate the feedback on our technician's water leak repair earlier this month, thank you very much!
Responded to an emergency water leak call at a paint store in Culver City CA. Our commercial HVAC technician found the #1 air handler with a clogged p-trap, causing the leak. Cleared and cleaned pan and drain line. Noted that there was still water sitting in the pan due to improper leveling of the pan. Used truck stock to adjust level on pan and slope for P-trap to ensure proper drainage. Tested with water, unit draining correctly. *Note: Also found unit #2 off, unrelated to water leak. Breaker was off, reset and tested, found no issues. Working normally now.
Approved HVAC repairs found on the last PM were scheduled for a clothing store in Culver City California. One Carrier air conditioner had a pitted contactor, and a second unit had a worn belt. After replacing the contactor and the belt, the technician tested and ran the systems. Both units running normally, no more issues to report.
RESSAC AC tech returned to a mobile phone store in Culver City, California, to make approved repairs to their York air conditioner. The back room unit had a bad blower assembly that the technician had to replace. Technician found that shipped blower wheel in assembly was incorrect. Was able to find a correct wheel at a local part house and still make same-day repairs. Tested system after repairing, unit working well again.
Dispatched our Culver City, CA, a/c maintenance tech to a cell phone shop for fall services. All heating components were inspected, tested and confirmed operational. Site recently had repairs so compressor and condenser fan motor were in good condition.
Replaced a blower motor, pulley, & belt on commercial air conditioner made by Carrier.
