A commercial customer in Delano, CA, reported that their beer coolers had stopped cooling. Our technician inspected the refrigerators and found a failed condenser fan motor and blade. New parts were ordered, tech returned and replaced the fan motor and blade and tested all components. Unit online. Noted that a separate unit on the roof was making noise. Inspected and found system #2 low on refrigerant. Will return to continue repairs on condenser #2 once approved, unit #1 up and running.
Quoted HVAC repairs were scheduled at a commercial property in Delano California. The technician arrived to replaced a failed condenser fan motor, a blower motor capacitor, and clean the evaporator and condenser coils on their BDP air conditioner. After completing all quoted work, the tech tested the equipment. Unit operational, but did find that the disconnect forks are not properly engaging. Will quote to replace service disconnect for safety.
