Our HVAC Installation team was scheduled today to begin tear-down for our customer's new unit in Fremont, CA. The three ton A/C for their server room was being swapped out today. After disconnecting all wiring, drain and refrigerant lines, our technicians removed the old unit and set the new equipment. All wiring and connections redone, and equipment tested. New unit runs well, space at requested temperature.

A customer in Fremont California reported that their chef line refrigerated drawer unit wasn't working right. Our technician found the coil very dirty with grease and lint, blocking 70% of the coil. Washed the coil out thoroughly with cleaner and cleared the drain line. Unit dropped back down to 36 degrees. Cleaned out a second drain line on the next cooler, that unit is at 35 degrees. Drawer coolers running normally again.

A customer in Fremont CA requested service to look investigate the gas supply for their commercial HVAC unit. The technician was able to determine that the site did not actually have it's own gas meter. The gas company had identified an active meter but it was for another suite. Our tech disabled the gas for the customer's unit until the gas company installs the correct meter.
