Our customer in Kern County, California, requested service for a water leak coming from their beverage cooler. Dispatched our local refrigeration technician to inspect. He found that the drain pan had clogged and water had backed up in the drain pan. Cleared and cleaned the pan, mopped up excess water and confirm system is draining normally again. No temperature issues, job complete.
Follow-up visit to a pharmacy in Kern County, California, to troubleshoot icing found on their freezer evaporator section. Drain line was plugged, causing water to back up and evap to freeze. Cleared clog and cleaned pan, confirmed system back online.
