A bank in Goleta, California, was scheduled for standard summer air conditioning maintenance today. All filters changed and dated, systems inspected and found operational. Note per customer that the landlord will be replacing their units, all of them, within the next few weeks.
A bank in Goleta, CA, requested a commercial AC technician to inspect their IT room. Upon arrival, our tech found their Data Aire server room unit low on refrigerant on the 2nd stage. Diagnosed further, found the evaporator coil has multiple leaks. Will need to quote and replace evaporator coil ASAP. Added refrigerant and sealant for temporary cooling.
