Dispatched our Irvine California refrigeration technician to a commercial property to thoroughly clean out the ice machine onsite. Removed all ice from the bin, cleaning both the inside and outside of the unit. Cleaned, descaled the system twice as it was badly scaled. Replaced and dated water filters, and washed the condenser section on the roof. Started up freezing cycled and confirm ice was being created again.
