Dispatched our Lemoore California commercial HVAC tech to a cash loan store for a no-cool call. Upon arrival, our technician troubleshooted the Carrier unit and found the system low on refrigerant. Leak tested and found multiple refrigerant leaks throughout the evaporator coil. This is a very old unit, at least 25 years, and we do not recommend repairs at this time. Will quote unit replacement due to overall condition and age.
HVACR tech arrived at drug store in Lemoore, California to perform scheduled preventative maintenance on four Carrier Package units and all refrigeration equipment. Tech cleaned all condenser coils, he adjusted all belts, checked all motors and evap coils, and checked all defrost controls. He advised that one of the units had a leak in the condenser coils that needed to be repaired. All other units were restored to full operation.
Refrigeration technician arrived at a drug store to inspect alerts on the Hill Pheonix reach-in freezer. Tech found that the alarms were going off falsely and were out of calibration. Alarms were re calibrated and no other issues were found on the unit.
