After completing the minor service checklist and replacing filters, the technician noticed that there was no gas going to the air conditioner, providing no heat to the customer. After checking the gas lines and components, he confirmed that there was no gas being supplied. He closed the gas valve until the gas supply issue can be resolved between the customer and the gas company.
