Our Merced CA HVAC technician responded to an urgent call from a commercial customer, reporting a water leak in their space. Upon arrival, our technician found the AC unit very dirty, with clogged filters, overflowing condensate pan due to built up sediment, and compacted refrigerant coils. Our technician proceeded to clean the entire system, changing all filters, chemically washing coils, clearing and cleaning pan and drain line. System working well at this time, water leak resolved.
