A clothing retailer in Monterey California reported that one of their units was offline and not communicating with the EMS. Upon arrival our technician inspected the commercial Trane air conditioner in question, found it operating normally. Moved to inspect the controller, no issues found. Reset controller, cleaned and re-inserted Ethernet cable. Called and spoke with EMS support, confirmed reset fixed issue and unit #1 is back online. Job complete.
