Completed a requested survey in Pasadena, California, for a brand new installation on an older building with no existing HVAC equipment. Surveyed two floors, noted old ductwork for a inoperable heater that will need to be removed. Old furnace has asbestos, will need to subcontract for its removal. Inspected and noted all electrical, roof confirmed in OK condition.
An office in Pasadena, California, reported an unresponsive thermostat for their AC system. Our technician arrived and inspected unit #4, and found that the disconnect box was off to the unit. Troubleshooted the system and found no issues. Turned disconnect and unit is operational. Spoke with MOD, unable to determine reason for unit being off as no recent technician visits from RESSAC.

Dispatched our Pasadena, California, technician back to an office park to complete approved work on their air conditioning units. One of their Lennox units had a failed blower assembly. Our technician removed the old assembly, and replaced the motor, capacitor and wheel. After re-installing the blower assembly, our tech also installed three new locking covers over the area thermostats to prevent accidental tampering. Units are up and running again, no more issues to report.
