Dispatched our Pico Rivera California technician to a commercial property for an HVAC inspection. Upon arrival, he recorded all new unit data, finding RTU#3 not coming on. After troubleshooting, found an unusual wiring diagram left by previous contractor. Bypassed the excess wiring setup and unit operates normally. Will need to spend additional time to resolve wiring setup so the unit can run properly.
