A health center in Pinole, California, was scheduled for their major maintenance today. All refrigeration equipment was inspected, HVAC left for landlord per agreement. Components checked, pressures and amps tested. No issues to report, freezers working normally.
HVAC preventative maintenance scheduled for a shipping company in Pinole California today. Upon arrival, our technician checked in with the IVR and the store manager, then obtained roof access. Took before and after photos of unit condition, proceed to complete PM checklist: cleaned both commercial Carrier ACs' condenser coils with compressed gas due to no water access. All components for both units have optimal amp draws. Changed out old blower belts with new current dated belts. Cycled both units on in cooling. Both units are operational. Checked in with EMS, no other issues to report. PM complete.
RESSAC installation team dispatched to a Pinole, CA, supplement store to replace the old Carrier package air conditioner. Crane lift removed existing system, loaded new onto platform. Reconnected, charged, and tested new unit. Working well, no issues to report.
