Our Pittsburg CA area commercial AC technician responded to a no-cooling report at a grocery store. Upon arrival, found that the thermostat was operating correctly, moved to the roof. Found the unit calling for cooling but no voltage at the contactor. Found the economizer control module was set incorrectly, control module had the fresh air damper open at 100%. Adjusted set point for module and system is operating correctly. Confirmed with manager that space is cool again. Job complete.
