On arrival, checked in with vendor log and store manager. Found reach-in beverage cooler cooling but all lights were off. Found 120v going in to light ballast but 120v was not present on the out. Light ballast has failed. Will need to quote out new ballast. Will return to complete repair when quote is approved and new ballast is in. . Filled out work order. Obtained signature on work acknowledgment.
AC preventative maintenance scheduled for a clothing retailer in Pleasanton, California. On arrival, checked in with the mall office and then the store manager to confirm today's visit. Removed old filters and replaced, confirmed all asset data is accurate. Ran each unit in heating and cooling modes to test, and completed the visual inspection of each unit. All systems running, no issues to report.
RESSAC technician arrived at a national clothing retailer in Pleasanton, California, in response to AC issues after a brown out. Tech arrived onsite and power had been restored. Checked the AC equipment, mall controlled air but with store VAVs. All VAVs functional and airflow normal. Site will need to have their alarm company out to check and possibly reset the telephone line alarms.
