Approved HVAC repairs were scheduled for a commercial customer in Porterville California. Their York air conditioner needed a new condenser fan motor and filters, a coil wash, and also had a refrigerant leak that needed to be located and repaired. After replacing the fan motor and filters and washing the coils, the tech was able to locate the leak on the service core valves and repair it. Replaced a worn belt as well while onsite. Job complete and unit running normally again.
