Our Sacramento County refrigeration technician returned to a health center to investigate a potential recall on their True freezer. Upon arrival, he found the unit at expected temperature. Inspected all components, verified refrigerant pressures, and confirmed the compressor was cycling properly. Unable to find any issues with equipment at this time. Spoke with store and determined that the unit was potentially running high temp after a long stocking period, with doors left open, just prior to service call.

Performed a requested temperature sensor test for a commercial customer in Sacramento County. Our technician confirmed the equipment was running correctly with no mechanical fault. Ran comparison tests between the EMS sensor and the Smart Temp sensor, confirmed that sensors are properly calibrated but that there is no sensor located in the problem area. Coordinated with EMS to adjust setpoint in the problem area to counteract lack of sensor.
