A clothing retailer in San Bernardino CA reported that the fire alarm company had powered down three of their air conditioners, and wanted RESSAC to diagnose what had happened. Upon arrival, determined that the alarm company had been onsite for maintenance only, so our tech proceed to investigate, troubleshooting with EMS technician over the phone and cycling units. Was able to bring units #2 and #1 back online. #4 was not responding to control calls for cooling, will need to return with a new CAT-5 wire and resolve. Confirmed issues with management before departing.
