Dispatched our San Diego California refrigeration technician to a pharmacy for their drink coolers that were running warm. Upon arrival our technician found all coolers running at normal temperatures. Spoke with the active manager, who stated there weren't any issues that she had noticed at that time and hadn't placed the call. Reported into dispatch, will follow-up with corporate to determine reason for call-out or if it was an incorrect call.
HVAC maintenance scheduled at a doctor's office in San Diego, CA. Basic summer service, filters changed, components inspected and belts adjusted. No issues to report.
San Diego area refrigeration technician arrived at a weight loss center to inspect their Traulsen freezer. The technician found that the system was iced over due to defective cabinet and coil sensors. Tech had the parts available and was able to replace same day. Tested system once coils were defrosted, unit working well again.
San Diego CA refrigeration tech dispatched for an emergency at a weight loss center. Found the Traulsen freezer running at over 50 degrees due to defective sensors. Technician had coil and cabinet sensors in truck stock and was able to replace same day. Tested equipment after repairs, temperatures dropping and system back to normal operations.
Jewelry store in San Diego county requested immediate service for a water leak onsite. Tech arrived and searched for leak, unable to find any source of water from HVAC equipment. Did receive onsite approval to thoroughly clean condenser coils, as unit had shut off due to lack of airflow.
Equipment rental store in San Diego, California, reported a cooling outage. RESSAC tech arrived onsite to inspect, found Rheem air conditioner off on high head pressure. Coils were dirty and filters were severely plugged. Tech sourced new filters, returned and replaced. Unit back up and running.
