Approved refrigeration repairs were scheduled today at a restaurant in San Jose, California. Their sandwich station needed new compressor start components installed. After wiring in new parts, our technician tested the system and confirmed all other components were functional. System back online and cooling per code.
Returned to a San Jose CA diner to confirm status of the sandwich counter's compressor. Our refrigeration technician re-examined the unit, and the compressor may not need replacement but we will not be able to determine 100% until the start components are replaced.
A diner in San Jose, California, requested service for both their air conditioner and a sandwich station. Our local technician confirmed the A/C was working well, but needed its thermostat reprogrammed. Moved on to the sandwich table and found it running at 59 degrees, low on refrigerant. The second box was at 87 degrees, with it's compressor pulling a vacuum on the low side and empty of refrigerant. The compressor had been replaced recently by another contractor. Will need to perform a full leak search and repair on both boxes, as well as install new liquid line driers.
New HVAC installation scheduled today at a commercial property in San Jose California. Two package units replaced, all piping reconnected, electrical rewired and operations tested. System operational and online.

A cash loan store in San Jose California was scheduled for air conditioning repairs today. Their commercial York unit was down with a grounded compressor. Unit was completely out of refrigerant. Our tech sweated out the old compressor, installed the new one and pressure tested. Confirmed no leaks, recharged unit with correct amount of refrigerant. Restarted system and tested. Unit is cooling well now, no other issues at this time.
An air conditioning unit replacement was scheduled today at a vitamin store in San Jose California. The original unit was old when its compressor grounded, so the customer opted for replacement instead. The technicians met with the crane, had the old HVAC removed after disconnecting it and the new unit placed. Connected supply and returns, installed new drain lines and disconnect, secured system, replaced electrical. Ran and tested new unit, system is operational and site cooling again.
A car dealership in San Jose CA had a showroom with a bad exhaust fan motor. Our technician returned to replace the fan motor, disconnecting the system and removing the old parts, replacing with the new motor and then testing the exhaust. Exhaust fan is operational now and space comfortable. Checked out with manager on duty.
Commercial Energy Management System job walk in San Jose, California. Inspected all equipment for 3 buildings, confirmed AC unit data, inspected the existing control system located in the boiler room. Mapped out site for upcoming installation. Follow-up visit to be scheduled once EMS equipment is delivered.
AC service technician arrived for a survey at a cell phone store in San Clara county. Customer requested a thorough inspection of the heating components. Tech checked all heating items, no issues with the heat exchanger, gas valves and line were fine. Burners and gas pilots also OK. Unit not in need of replacement.
RESSAC AC technicians were dispatched to an auto dealership in San Jose, CA. Service department was no longer cooling. Three ICP HVAC units were down. RTU #4 had the programming set incorrectly on the thermostat. Unit #3 was not receiving line voltage, breakers operating but only intermittently. Breaker was reset and customer notified to request an electrician to address the breaker panel. RTU #2 was also down with a failed control board, which was quoted for the customer to approve. Area returned to partial cooling, awaiting customer approval for remaining repairs.
