better than most, very through. I have noted on several occasions I need a call in advance of the service and we are closed form 12 to 1PM. Still not receiving calls and this tech (probably did not have guidance) showed up at 12:45
Response from RESSAC Climate Control:

RESSAC tech arrived onsite at a home goods store in Santa Ana, California, to investigate a water leak and possible AC electrical damage. Manager pointed out fallen ceiling section with exposed insulation, stating roofer had been onsite and reported an open electrical conduit box that had shorted, burned holes in the roof, and then let in the water causing falling damage. Tech was able to locate problem area on the roof, but found it already repaired by the roofer. To help prevent water intrusion, tech sealed the junction boxes. No other issues to report, units running fine.
