Had previously quoted issues found on preventative maintenance for commercial automotive dealer in the Bay Area. Received approval to return and install two infrared gas heaters manufactured by Dayton to replace those which were no longer heating. These heaters will provide heat to service garage. Also repaired flue pipe connected to exhaust fan above parking garage. High ceiling required scissor lift to complete work.
