Approved HVAC repairs were scheduled today at a medical center in Santa Clarita, CA. Our technician brought the ordered parts and powered down the commercial unit, removing the old motor and capacitor. After wiring in the replacement parts, he powered up the system to test operations. Unit now working properly and cooling. No more issues to report.
Dispatched our Valencia, CA, air conditioning technician to a health center for their winter maintenance. Visual inspections performed on all units and air filters changed. All systems are operational, but the tech did find one 7.5 ton A/C with a fan motor that was overheating. We recommend the motor be replaced before it fails, and will quote necessary repairs to the customer.
A Santa Clarita, CA, health center was scheduled for air conditioning repairs today, a new TXV for an older Rheem system. The technician swapped in the new part and ran the system to confirm it was operating well again. Reset the thermostat and adjusted temperatures per the manager's request. Also replaced the filter and a fan cycling switch. No more issues to report, unit working well again.
Quoted HVAC repairs were scheduled today at a health center in Santa Clarita, CA. Their Rheem air conditioner needed a new TXV and check valve installed. After replacing parts and testing refrigerant pressures, the unit is operational again. The technician did note a failing condenser fan switch that should also be replaced before it fails. AC is running at this time, will quote additional repairs to customer for standard follow-up.
Dispatched our Santa Clarita, CA, technician back to a commercial customer to make repairs to their Trane units. RTU#1 and #2 needed new crankcase heaters installed. After wiring in both heaters, the technician tested the units and called in to EMS to confirm all systems were running normally again.
A commercial customer in Valencia, California, requested service for their air conditioner not providing heat. Upon arrival our technician diagnosed a faulty high pressure switch on the #3 Trane unit. The system also had a failed condenser fan motor, blade and capacitor that were overheating. Will quote necessary repairs to the customer.
An urgent car center requested emergency AC service for their specialty department. Our commercial technician found the Trane unit's control board flashing, which required a reset and a reprogramming. Control board back online. Also noted that the filters for the units are all very dirty and should be replaced. Sourced filters locally along with a new belt for #2 and made repairs same day. Thermostat programmed per staff request. Job complete and space comfortable again.
Our customer in Santa Clarita CA requested that their air conditioning dampers be closed due to the nearby fire, causing poor air quality inside the store and making employees feel sick. Returned today with the special order carbon filters and installed them, disposing of standard filters and confirming all units were operational.
Dispatched our Santa Clarita California a/c repair tech to a health food store to pressure wash their condenser coils. The systems had been found with dirty coils on their last maintenance visit. Our tech gave each unit a thorough cleaning with biodegradable foaming cleanser, rinsing off the units and confirming that pressures and airflow were at acceptable levels again.
