Dispatched our Valencia, California, technician to a home goods shop for approved repairs. RTU #3 had a service disconnect that wasn't engaging properly and needs to be replaced, and the rest room exhaust had seized-up and needed to be replaced. Made repairs to the Carrier air conditioner, will return to replace the exhaust fan once the fan is shipped in. HVAC unit working well.
