An imports store in Stockton California reported one of their air conditioners was not communicating with their EMS. After checking in with the store manager and accessing the roof, our technician found the #1 Lennox unit with no line voltage at the unit. The tech found that all wires had come loose from the capacitor terminals and grounded against mounting wall of unit. Replaced the spade connections and connected them to capacitor, cleaned up wiring. Reset breaker and turned unit disconnect back on. System is on and cycling in cooling normally again. Confirmed with EMS that no other alarms are present. Job complete. Unit cycled on in cooling.
