After installing the new part, our technician set temps to -5 and waited for the unit to drop to setpoint. System is online and operational.

Found the blower motor failing, also will need to replace bearings and pulley. Will quote additional repairs to the customer.
Thousand Oaks a/c tech arrived at a vitamin store to investigate one of the units making a loud noise. Unit had been powered down to stop the noise and would no longer turn back on. Our technician discovered that the transformer had failed, was able to source and replace. Also found that the drive belt had torn, which had caused the original noise complaint. Unit working again after transformer and belt replacement.
A cell phone store had quoted repairs scheduled for their #1 Payne heat pump unit. Tech brought parts onsite, replacing the condenser fan motor, blade and capacitor. Tested air conditioner after repairs, confirmed system is back up and running.
