Our Torrance CA refrigeration technician was dispatched to a restaurant to repair their walk-in cooler. The evaporator was iced over, and the evaporator coil was clogged with lint and plastic. Our technician cleaned and cleared away the debris and de-iced the coil. He replaced a broken mounted box temperature sensor, and remounted the expansion valve. Unit is operational for now, recommend replacing the condenser fan motor as it's showing signs of wear.
