A grocery store in Tracy California reported a unit calling for cooling constantly despite space being satisfied. Customer requested an HVAC technician qualified in controls. Our technician arrived and troubleshooting the controller in charge of exterior lighting and the humidity circuit. Discovered that the photocell was improperly installed for the exterior lighting. Will need to pull fresh wiring for the sensor to the control board, shield wiring was absent. Will need to complete the same repairs for the OSA Humidity. Will need to replace zone sensors for zones B, D & E.
