Four units required new auxiliary condensation float switches to assist with recurring leak issues the site was experiencing. After installing all parts, drain lines were flushed and switches tested. Dispatched our Ventura California technician to a hair salon to complete their Fall HVAC preventative maintenance. All components were inspected, air filters replaced. Unit is in poor condition and is missing ductwork connections in several places. These issues have been relayed previously to the tenant who is working with the landlord to resolve.

Multiple air conditioning repairs were scheduled today at a commercial property in Ventura California. Three Carrier systems were repaired: #3 needed a new condenser fan motor, blade, capacitor and contactor. #4 needed its dual capacitor replaced. And unit #1 had two failed condenser fan motors, and had its blade, dual capacitor and economizer screen replaced. After completing all quoted work, the technician tested and cycled the units. Confirmed systems are operational again, job complete.
Our Ventura area commercial HVAC tech arrived at a furniture store to perform PM services. Replaced air filters, inspected electrical, motors, coils, adjusted belts and tested heating and cooling. Checked unit operations and noted that three Carrier units have deficiencies that we will quote to the customer. One unit, #1, has two defective fan motors and a failed capacitor that make it inoperable.
Our commercial refrigeration tech for the Ventura, CA, area arrived at a weight loss center to perform approved repairs. The Traulsen freezer had ice build up in the drain pan, found on the previous maintenance. Tech removed ice and adjusted drain pan slope so water can drain properly. During inspection found oil residue in condensate drain pan. Performed a leak check on the system and found small refrigerant leak on discharge line copper pipe, pipe was cracked. Technician recovered the freezer's refrigerant, repaired leak and replaced the filter drier. Pulled unit into vacuum and recharged with 404A refrigerant. Checked operations after making repairs, found no more issues. Monitored unit until temperatures dropped to freezing, job complete.
Winter maintenance performed by our commercial HVAC tech at a bank in Ventura, California. All belts were inspected, air conditioner filters replaced. Noted that the evaporator coil on the #1 Carrier unit was dirty and would need to be cleaned. Rest of units working normally, quoting deficiency to the customer.
Dispatched our Ventura County technician to a shopping mall with several locations suffering thermostat issues. Inspected both suites: first suite had incorrect programming that tech was able to resolve. Second suite had a failed thermostat that the technician sourced and replaced. Both stores cooling and comfortable again.
RESSAC a/c technician came out to clinic in Ventura to perform preventative maintenance on two York package units. Tech went on to the roof to replace filters and verify proper operation on the two units. Technician noted that both units were working perfectly.
A/C technician was sent to Firehouse Plaza to inspect 4 ton package unit manufactured by Bryant. Complaint was for no heat. HVAC tech found blown fuse. He replaced fuse and tighten all electrical connections. Unit is very old and would be a good candidate for new unit installation.
Jewelry Store in Pacific View Mall reported that cooling was not working. HVAC-R tech inspected 5 ton package unit manufactured by ICP and found loose control wiring. After cleaning up wiring terminations unit working again. Checked all amperage and voltages and found no other deficiencies to repair.
Repaired a Traulsen G31010JC freezer for a weightloss center chain.
