Dispatched our HVAC technician to a health center in Ventura, CA. Site reported that the air conditioner for their product room with freezers and other perishable goods was not working, room too hot. Arrived onsite and inspected system on the roof. Unit had a failed contactor that our technician sourced locally a replaced. System is back online and working well.
Spring air filter change scheduled today at a grocery store in Ventura, California. Additional visit scheduled with management to return and complete the general inspection alongside control checks, coil cleaning for HVAC and refrigeration equipment and exhaust belt changes.
Dispatched our Ventura County maintenance technician to service a customer's AC equipment today. Site was scheduled for routine minor maintenance. All units inspected, filters changed. No issues to report at this time.
Completed winter air conditioning maintenance at a children's center in Ventura, California. Our technician swapped out the dirty air filters and checked all components. Unit #2 has a faulty fan motor that is overheating and should be replaced. Unit #1 has been reported as inoperable multiple times to the customer, and they are aware it needs to be replaced due to multiple component failures and overall condition.
4th Quarter AC preventative maintenance scheduled today at a commercial property in Ventura, California. Customer specific service, filter change only for site air handlers. All air filters swapped out, no deficiencies found and site comfortable. PM complete.
A shopping center in Ventura, California, reported that two sections of the building were not heating. Upon arrival, our technician found two commercial HVAC systems with issues. One EGCL system the thermostat programmed incorrectly, and the tech was able to resolve onsite. He also found a separate Lennox package AC with a deteriorated gas flex connector. The main gas meter was also turned off and locked out by the gas company. The customer will need to address the locked meter issue directly with the gas company, and we will quote replacement of the deteriorated flex connector in the mean time.
Our Ventura County technician returned to a commercial property to perform additional approved A/C repairs. Four units required new auxiliary condensation float switches to assist with recurring leak issues the site was experiencing. After installing all parts, drain lines were flushed and switches tested. Units draining and switches operating as expected. Job complete.
Dispatched our Ventura California technician to a hair salon to complete their Fall HVAC preventative maintenance. All components were inspected, air filters replaced. Unit is in poor condition and is missing ductwork connections in several places. These issues have been relayed previously to the tenant who is working with the landlord to resolve.
A water leak was reported at a furniture store in Ventura California. Our technician arrived and found the #1 unit with a plugged drain line. Was able to clear and clean drain line and pan, water leak resolved.
Maintenance scheduled for a commercial customer's air conditioners today in Ventura CA. Air filters were swapped out on all four Carrier units, components inspected and drain lines flushed. No additional issues to report at this time.
