Our HVAC technician returned to a commercial property in West Hollywood, California, to complete approved repairs. Their back-of-house area exhaust fan motor had failed and needed to be replaced. After removing the bad motor, our tech wired in the new part, re-installed the grill and tested the unit. All operations normal again, job complete.
