Approved repairs were scheduled today for multiple HVAC units at a restaurant in Yorba Linda CA. A Goodman system needed a new liquid line drier and suction filter. A York unit had its blower motor and wheel replaced, and the repair housing repaired. And RTU #7 had a condenser fan motor, blade and capacitor that we replaced.

RTU3 had a locked condenser fan motor, and someone had already disconnected a bad compressor on circuit #2. Compressor #1 had burnt wiring and was running on high head pressure. RTU1 had blown fuses, which the tech was able to replace to get it running. #2 and #6 will need additional time to troubleshoot and resolve.
An A/C maintenance was scheduled today at a baby retailer in Yorba Linda CA. While onsite, our technician completed a the customer's PM checklist, including filter changes and coil cleaning. He noted that units #3 and #4 had failing blower bearings that were making loud noises. Units are operational, but will quote the bearings for recommended replacement to avoid unexpected failure. PM complete.
