George was running late. Before the scheduled time, he called me to let me know. Then he called again when he was 15 minutes away. When he arrived he was meticulous in following preventive maintenance protocols. Then when an unusual problem came up, he showed creativity and completed a very good solution. The Ohl team - and it WAS a team - operated as a fine-tuned, well-oiled installation and setup machine. Everything was done right, everyone was courteous and respectful and always willing and able to explain whatever it is that they were doing at the time and, before they left, they cleaned after themselves. When it comes to a boiler replacement, it can't get much better than this.
