My daughter and I returned from a week long trip to discover the A/C wasn’t working. So, I called on a Saturday at midday to request service. My phone call was returned promptly and I was given a timeframe when the tech could get to me. I actually missed a voicemail that was left for me after that. The tech, Troy, could have easily said I missed the message and that I would need to wait. Instead, he tried calling me again and was still able to come out to fix the unit. I was very glad that he was still able to fit me in the schedule and really appreciated his professionalism and courteousness. Thanks very much for the prompt service and quick repair!
