Have been having issues with my A/C unit and today it decided to go out. Shortly after speaking to Nicole (always pleasant) I received a call from Bobby and he and Robert we’re here shortly after. They spent a lot of time (both of them) in the attic trying to troubleshoot the issue, found it and repaired it. Came down from the attic and explained to me what they saw, what is happening up there and that it is likely time for a new unit. I so much appreciate their friendliness and willingness to explain to a single mom what happened and what I need to do going forward. You’ve got two wonderful gentlemen working for you. Be thankful !!
