The office got me scheduled to fix my AC within 3 working hours (early next morning). Blake called before arriving and sent a text. He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part on-hand and fixed the problem quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service!!! Technician was awesome!!! Very professional!! Scheduling, an issue. Scheduled for last Friday, called asked if coming was told no, appointment is next week. They offered later that day , I declined due to other commitments. Was told next Friday 8am they will be there. 2 appointments in Elgin that day. Called at 0915 and was told oh no between 8-10. Technician is at his first appointment. Not what I was told . Pretty disappointed in that aspect.
Had two ac units serviced, the first unit the I feel got the best treatment, the technician drill small holes in inlet and outlet side of unit to test temperature, then put some special tape to cover the small holes, found out the temperature was off, hooked up a bunch of hoses and probs and checked pressure and temperatures, added coolant, three pound minimum, used two. The second unit didn’t get the nice small holes drill, got the prob shoved into the insulated hose going in and out of the same type ac unit and no tape on the holes, didn’t get any testing hooked up on any valves to check pressure to maybe get the other pound I paid for. Found a Capacitor was showing high Resistance so I was advised to replace. It was Replaced with I hope to be a new capacitor because it was in a used box that it didn’t even fit in, charged me $200 for new capacitor and took 10 minutes to install, most of the ten minutes was rigging a way to make it fit because it was not like the original. I googled the item and it was a $15 item, Just wanted to let people know. Technician didn’t open the ac unit in the Attic and perform any maintenance. He did tell me how to open and clean the units myself. I really thought a tune up would be more. I will still use this company.

Micah Russell came out and explained everything as he went along. No hidden fees, etc. Ge was very knowledgeable, honest and did not pressure me to choose something I really didn't need.
