I was not there when the tech arrived, my wife however told me he was courteous and professional but requested that we delay the needed repairs for a month or so because the "attic was hot". I work construction myself and have to work in the heat, I was disapoonted that he would make such a suggestion when my new furnace and a/c needs repairs. Delaying the repairs is costing me more money in electrical bills due to the fact the a/c is running practically 24/7 due to the part needing replacing. We have an attic fan and will be happy to turn it on and pump cool air into the attic while he makes the needed repairs. We were very accommodating to your employees when they had to work in the hot attic replacing my old furnace and we will gladly make the working conditions as comfortable as we can. I would like for the repairs to be made ASAP please.
No cooling with warranty repair recommendation
Doing a winter safety check on 2 11 carrier furnaces. Checked for carbon monoxide and gas leaks. Customer is prepared to have a safe and warm winter.
Doing a vip on. 1 year old Robinson air furnace. Tested for gas leaks and carbon monoxide found none. Now customer is ready for a safe and warm winter.
