Manny was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the system requirements for my unit. He was very thorough with his assessment and explanation of what I would need to know about the system. He educated me on some things that I hadn’t been made aware of before without me having to ask him questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The "check up" we had done was done quickly and Mike knew what he was doing. One thing that impressed me was he was considerate of my home and my dogs. He also made sure got everything done quickly and explained what he was doing. By the time he left I felt like we had made the right choice in choosing Robinson Aire.
