We had a water leak in the basement from the outside faucet. We called RS Andrews at 7:15. They were here in our given window, early. The repair was done quickly and cleanly. We have used them for 20 years. No one else can do what they do for customers!!thanks

I called early am for a leaky faucet and they were out within 4 hours. The service rep Patrick did a great job quickly analyzing the problem and fixing it along with noticing a problem from my previous installer of the faucet. He fixed that as well and my faucet has never worked better. Responsive, and great work quality.

WOW! We had one room with no electricity. I didn't know if we had a serious issue that could lead to a fire. RS Andrews responded quickly, on a Saturday! Josh arrived and quickly assessed our problem and fixed it. We were impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism.

On call, No cool Found shorted wiring in outdoor unit capacitor came loose and touched exposed LV connection replace fuse and connection system not getting 24 V to contactor. Mrs declined additional repairs at time left quotes on new equipment. Unit is 20 years old and furnace has radiant flame sensor suggested upgrading system.

Performed a home inspection. Found all outlets and switches to work as they should. Performed panel maintenance and tightened all connections. During panel maintenance found and replaced 1 50 amp 2 pole breaker that was rusted and needed to be replaced. Found neutrals under the same lugs and corrected issue. Furnished, wired, and replaced 2 t8 bulbs and sockets in a 2 by 4 fluorescent in the downstairs office with LED bulbs.

Minor toilet rebuild and angle, water stop valve repair in the hall bathroom toilet to restore proper function. New fill valve for, flapper seal and water connector. Adjusted water level for proper operation. Tested OK.
installed new GFI circuit in laundry area for iron. changed out single receptacle in garage to a quad receptacle box. troubleshooting and repair of 3-way switches in hallway and dining room area. tightened all connections in panel on breakers and ground bars.
